Use needles size US 10 for body and 16" circular needles one size smaller than size used to achieve gauge for the collar as well as size G or H crochet hook.

Use size US 11 (8mm) circular and double pointed needles. This is an easy yarn over/slipped stitch rib pattern with a 2 row repeat that creates a very nice textural effect.
